MAMO College Physics Department to Host National Seminar “Spectrum 2026” on Quantum Materials and AI
The Department of Physics at Muhammed Abdurahiman Memorial Orphanage (M.A.M.O.) College, Mukkam, Kozhikode, will organize a one-day national seminar titled “Spectrum 2026” on Thursday, August 13, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM in the college seminar hall.
The seminar, themed “Frontiers in Quantum Materials: from Electron Dynamics to Artificial Intelligence,” is being conducted in collaboration with the MAMOC Optica Student Chapter. It will bring together researchers and students to explore the intersection of quantum materials science and emerging AI-driven approaches to physics research.
The event will feature two resource persons from Cochin University of Science and Technology: Dr. Saji K J and Dr. Praveen C S, who will share insights on current developments in the field. College authorities have extended a cordial invitation to all interested participants to attend the seminar.
