MAMO College Manassery to Felicitate Alumni-Turned-MLAs Kasim and Firos
Muhammed Abdurahiman Memorial Orphanage (MAMO) College, Manassery, Kozhikode, is hosting a felicitation event today, Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the college seminar hall, honoring two of its former students who have been elected as Members of the Legislative Assembly.
The event, titled “Mamokkinte Snehadaram” (MAMO’s Token of Affection) to former students elected as MLAs, will felicitate Sri C. K. Kasim, MLA representing Thiruvambady constituency, and Sri P. K. Firos, MLA representing Koduvally constituency. Both leaders are alumni of the college and are being recognized for their achievement in electoral politics by their alma mater.
The ceremony reflects the institution’s pride in its former students’ public service journeys, bringing together the college community to celebrate the two legislators’ rise from students at MAMO College to elected representatives in the Kerala Legislative Assembly.
